Khloe Kardashian Files for DIVORCE from - NBA Star - Lamar Odom- Again.

 We have been wondering for whether Khloe Kardashian was giving her marriage to NBA star- Lamar Odom another shot, but we now finally have the truth

The TV reality star – Khloe Kardashian has finally filed for divorce from Lamar Odom for the second time around - reports  from TMZ.


In the filed papers, Khloe Kardashian  cited "irreconcilable differences," as she did in her first suit, and sources say Lamar knew it was coming.

Khloe Kardashian, 31, initially filed for divorce From Lamar in December 2013 after splitting from the NBA star, but it was never finalized and Khloe withdrew the papers last October, after Odom, 36, overdosed at a Nevada brothel.

The KUWTK star, Khlow Kardashian - with the help of attorney Laura Wasser, filed for divorce Thursday 28th, claiming -- as she did the first time -- irreconcilable differences.

Our sources gathered that - there is a prenup and the 2 worked out a property settlement the first time around when the divorce came up., so now it's just a waiting game.
In California, a divorce cannot become final until 6 months after it's filed.

We were able to gather that the divorce was mutual, as both parties settled for it ... Khloe and Lamar Odom are on good terms and he was given a heads-up she was filing for divorce.

In her filing, Khloe did say she wants to legally drop the Lamar last name - Odom and go back to her maiden handle.
TMZ broke the story ... when Khloe kardashian filed for divorce the first time in December 2013, and the paperwork just sat in the courthouse as she tried to salvage her marriage.

When Lamar Odom at a Nevada brothel last October Khloe withdrew her divorce petition ... just few weeks before the divorce was to become final.

Khloe claimed - it was never about getting back with Lamar ... she just didn't want to upset him while he was recovering.

But the final straw came in March when Khloe Kardashian saw pictures on TMZ that Lamar Odom was drinking again – and she doesn’t wanna let him off the hook this time.
