JOSE MOURINHO is set to rest up to four Manchester United players who started against Liverpool for their Europa League clash with Fenerbahce.
Manchester United are in the middle of a busy schedule which sees them face the Turkish side tonight (8.05pm), Chelsea on Sunday and neighbours Manchester City on Wednesday.
At his pre-match press conference, Mourinho was unwilling to reveal his line-up to face Fenerbahce apart from Luke Shaw at left-back.
But according to the Manchester Evening News, Ander Herrera, Antonio Valencia and Ashley Young were absent from the players arriving at the The Lowry Hotel in Manchester city centre earlier today.
Morgan Schneiderlin missed Monday’s draw with Liverpool but trained with the squad yesterday.
However he wasn’t with his team-mates at the hotel.
It is claimed defender Daley Blind is also set to be rested.
Anthony Martial did arrive and is likely to play this evening following a knee injury.
Captain Wayne Rooney, David de Gea, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Juan Mata were also spotted at the hotel.
