The mercury is rising in New York City, and Hailey Baldwin sent temperatures soaring even higher on Monday.

The 19-year-old was spotted showing plenty of skin on a hot day while enjoying a shopping trip.

Hailey flashed some cleavage and her long and slender legs in a tight green velvet dress with a daring slit up one thigh.

The model also sported black patent ankle boots with chunky high heels, and layered on several gold necklaces.

Hailey swept her blonde locks into a bun on top of her head, and wore aviator sunglasses over her minimally made-up face.

The daughter of Stephen Baldwin appeared to have found a couple of things to her liking during the retail therapy session, and carried two large shopping bags.

It seems that Hailey was on her way to a photo shoot, as she later shared a snapshot to Instagram which showed her cuddled up with famed photographer Patrick Demarchelier.

The previous evening, Hailey celebrated reaching six million followers on Instagram by posting a smouldering selfie.

The rising star is back in her heels after breaking her foot following the Met Gala last month - exactly a year to the day after suffering the very same injury.

Hailey is in the Big Apple after she was spotted on two separate occasions at The Nice Guy in Los Angeles last week.

On Tuesday, she was partying with Drake - and the 29-year-old Hotline Bling hit-maker left wearing the 'h' necklace that she had arrived in.

It comes after the pair were allegedly spotted looking cosy at Drake's Memorial Day pool party last month.

Hailey has previously been linked to Justin Bieber on and off since late last year, and she revealed to E! in February that they 'are not an exclusive couple'.
