But as her Friday progressed, Kendall decided to hit the town with basketball player boyfriend Jordan Clarkson for a rare date night.
The young couple, who have been dating since the spring, made a rare public appearance together as they partied at 1Oak nightclub in West Hollywood.
While Jordan is usually in Los Angeles or on the road for his LA Lakers commitments, Kendall is often jet-setting all over the world for her modelling career, meaning the couple get little time together.
It certainly didn't seem to be an intimate date night as the couple were joined by a host of Kendall's gap pals.
After partying together, it looked like the lovebirds were going their separate ways, stealing a few kisses outside before Kendall climbed into a car home with her friends.
People magazine confirmed that the model and the athlete were an item in March after going under the radar for months.
According to a source for the publication, 'They have been secretly dating for months and they are super into each other. He is super sweet and a total gentleman and Kendall loves that.'
Earlier this month, Kendall shared a photo of herself in a jacket of her boyfriend's team, the Los Angeles Lakers.
Posting it on Instagram, she wrote: 'Put me in coach.'
Clarkson plays pointguard for the Los Angeles team, and Kendall has on occasion been spotted supporting him at the games.
The pair also attended the Coachella Festival together, with Jordan memorably demonstrating his athletic prowess by vaulting over his statuesque girlfriend's head.
The couple were last photographed together a month ago when they made a quiet visit to The Nice Guy in Hollywood.
Kendall has previously been romantically linked to Ryan Nassif, Julian Brooks, Young Jinsu, Harry Styles, Ashton Irwin, Justin Bieber, Lewis Hamilton and Nick Jonas, but hasn't had a serious, long-term relationship until now.
She famously spent New Year's with One Direction heart-throb Harry on a yacht in the Caribbean, but it appeared their casual fling soon soured.
