The skirt was sheer enough to give an outline of what looked like butt pads.
But the E! star could have just been wearing a special pair of Spanx with support. There is also the possibility that Kim had on a butt lift.
Either way, the reality star certainly was not wearing just a plain pair of Hanes underwear.
Kim as well as Khloe have long been accused of not having totally natural behinds.
This accusation has been thrown at them because even when they lost weight - which both have done this year - they still have very round backsides.
And their bottoms are far bigger than when they were in their twenties.
