According to PEOPLE, a source confirmed that Kylie Jenner, 18, and the rapper PartyNextDoor, 22, were definitely acting like a couple at Drake's Memorial Day house party on Monday.
"They were all over each other, kissing and making out," says the source.
According to the insider, Jenner was hanging onto PND, who is signed with Drake's label OVO Sound, "the whole time."
"It was almost like she was trying to make a statement," adds the source.
Jenner previously dated rapper Tyga, 26, for nearly two years. The two split earlier this month, with a source telling PEOPLE at the time that there was tension over his alleged cheating and Tyga's decision to comment on his ex Blac Chyna's engagement to Jenner's brother Rob Kardashian.
In recent weeks, romance rumors have swirled around Jenner and PND as the two began to appear all over one another's social media accounts.
On Saturday, PND shared a video of the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star on Snapchat, in which she complained after he deleted a video of the two bowling together from his Instagram: "You not only hide me, you delete me," she said in the clip.
"No I don't man, I'm protecting you," PND responded.
When the duo was first linked, a source told PEOPLE at the time that there was "nothing serious going on between them," explaining Jenner "is hanging out with him to make Tyga jealous."
A second source close to the situation told PEOPLE it's not easy for Jenner to see ex Tyga "messing around with a bunch of models now, especially when they had such major trust issues."
That being said, the star is doing her best to move on: "She's trying to live her own life and not pay attention to all of that," added the source.
