“Just last month, her husband decided to misbehave and she had to shamefully talk about her terrible marriage.
“I felt terrible for her, though it made me respect her more because she did everything possible to make people think her marriage was flourishing.
“This partnership with Jay –Z is well deserved,’’ Ogundipe said.
Chibuzor Mbanefo, an entrepreneur based in Abuja, expressed happiness that such a strong personality like Savage was signed on to such a prestigious label.
“I am a great fan of Jay-Z and anyone who listens to rap music or hip-hop in general, will agree with me when I say he is the god of rap music.
“I feel honoured to be a Nigerian at this moment, for the fact that Jay-z could pick a foreigner to be in his label and decided to have our own Tiwa Savage in the label is just amazing to me,’’ Mbanefo said.
Maulade Ologunja, a fashion blogger, told NAN that Savage’s progress was an inspiration, stating that he had learnt that patience and hard work always paid off eventually.
