Barcelona center back - Marc Bartra is reportedly available for a knockdown transfer fee of €8 million this summer.

Barcelona centre back is said to be available for transfer this summer, and it was also reported that Barca have also lost their right to a buyback clause should the centre-back is sold.

Defender Marc Bartra will be available for a knockdown €8million this summer.
The FC Barcelona centre-back, who will head to Euro 2016 with Spain, is expected to leave his boyhood club and won't be short of suitors after a lack of playing time saw his release clause dip to £6.4million.

As revealed by Catalan newspaper SPORT, the 25-year-old's dearth of minutes also means that Barcelona have forfeited all rights to a buyback option should someone activate his clause.

La Liga's biggest clubs commonly insert buyback agreements into the contracts of players being sold, with Alvaro Morata's current situation a good example of the leverage it hands to the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Tottenham have held an interest in Marc Bartra and his agents, Carles Puyol and Ivan De La Peña, travelled to London to meet with Mauricio Pochettino this spring.
No concrete offers have arrived for the defender yet, but Sevilla and Valencia are among the Spanish clubs interested in his services.

Barcelona face a complete defensive rebuild this summer with Mascherano having reportedly agreed a three-year deal with Juventus and Bartra set to depart along with Thomas Vermaelen.

But things aren't going to plan for Barca sporting director Robert Fernandez, with the club having been rejected by young centre-back Davinson Sanchez , Las Palmas standing firm over Barcelona's poor conduct in trying to sign Mauricio Lemos andPSG refusing to sell top target Marquinhos.
